How much is shipping?

  • We have a flat rate global shipping fee of $6.95 USD

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes we ship anywhere in the world. All orders come with insured shipping and a tracking number.

  • Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, Territories & Minor Outlying Islands and Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). 

    How do I track my package?

    • You will receive an email with your order tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received that email 5 days after placing your order, please email us at support@zilkee.com

    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • It normally takes 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and 2 weeks for orders to be delivered after dispatch.

    • UPDATE: Please note that due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays and there will likely be a 2 week delay in order processing time. 

    Where do you ship from?

    • We currently ship all orders from our warehouse in USA, Australia and China.

      DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

      • Please note that we are not responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country. 

      • We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. Duties and taxes if applicable are the customer's responsibility and refunds will NOT be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.
