How much is shipping?

  • We offer Free Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes we ship anywhere in the world. All orders come with insured shipping and a tracking number.

    How do I track my package?

    • You will receive an email with your order tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received that email 5 days after placing your order, please email us at support@zilkee.com.

    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • It normally takes 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and 2 weeks for orders to be delivered after dispatch.

    UPDATE: Please note that due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays and there will likely be a 2 week delay in order processing time.

     

      DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

      • Please note that we are not responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
      • We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. Duties and taxes if applicable are the customer's responsibility and refunds will NOT be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned to us within 7 days of reception of the items. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit note unless faulty. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact support@zilkee.com within 7 days of delivery of your items.
