1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is organized and sponsored exclusively by Zilkee (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is
open internationally, unless prohibited by local laws. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of
Zilkee are not eligible to participate.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins when the official form is live on the ZILKEE website,
and ends at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Friday, November 28, 2025 (Black Friday). The winner will be announced
on the Zilkee website at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Subscribe to both Zilkee’s email list and SMS list using the official Sweepstakes entry form.
- Provide their first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
- Make a purchase on ZILKEE's website dering the
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will not increase chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $2,000 Best Buy Gift Card. No substitution or cash redemption
permitted.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries collected during the Sweepstakes period.
Sweepstakes Period. The winner’s name (first name, last initial, and country) will be posted on
the Zilkee website at the time of announcement. It is the entrant’s responsibility to check the
website to see if they have won.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails and SMS messages from Zilkee.
Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Entrants agree that Zilkee’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Zilkee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms &
Conditions or appears fraudulent.
Zilkee reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason.
8. Privacy
Information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Zilkee’s
Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Kansas,
without regard to conflict of law provisions.
